Breeders Choice Cat litter is a uniquely formulated pelletised litter made from 100% recycled paper, with no additives or chemicals.

Superior qualities include:

  • Highly absorbent - superior to clay and other alternate litters
  • Natural odour control - no additives or chemicals
  • Biodegradable
  • Economical - longer lasting
  • Lightweight and easy to handle - 1/3 the weight of clay litters
  • Makes ideal garden mulch
  • Reduces tracking and will not mark floors - does not breakdown with use.

Instructions on Use

  • Pour the litter into the container to a depth of approximately 3 cm.
  • If your pet does not readily use the new litter, sprinkle some over existing litter & increase the amount of new litter daily.
  • For best results, remove waste (solid & urine soaked) regularly & stir litter to aerate.
  • Top up with fresh litter as needed.
  • Change the litter completely once a week or sooner if required. Before adding fresh litter, wash the tray with warm sudsy water, rinse & dry.
  • Soiled areas can be scooped & flushed down the toilet.
  • Disposal is simple & safe - use as garden mulch as it is a natural material.

Renewable, recycled and biodegradable

FibreCycle products are recycled and boast many environmental features:

  • Made from >99% recycled paper (no virgin wood fibre) which is a renewable resource otherwise destined for landfill.
  • No additives or chemicals.
  • No oxygen or elemental bleaching.
  • The manufacturing process is a closed loop whereby process generated fines are captured and reintroduced to the process.
  • Lighter than competitor products, which means production and transportation costs have a far lower environmental footprint than competitor products.
  • Where possible energy used in the process is recycled

After use as cat litter or bedding, the pellets can be recycled as:

  • Compost, used as fuel for furnaces, as soil conditioner or mulch.
Recyclable and renewable packaging:
  • Paper stock is made from renewable raw materials (specifically not a clay coated stock which is a non-renewable resource).
  • Low impact printing includes digital plates and water-based (solvent-free) inks.
  • Paper packaging is recyclable.
