Maxi Breeds

The term 'Maxi' refers to dogs whose adult weight is between 26kg and 45kg.

As Maxi dogs are particularly prone to sensitive digestion, Royal Canin Maxi formulas contain ingredients such as prebiotics to help maintain a healthy digestive system. Due to their large body mass, Maxi dogs are also susceptible to joint problems, so Royal Canin Maxi food includes glucosamine and chondroitin to help support mobility throughout life.

Royal Canin Maxi Sensitive utilises a unique combination of ingredients of vegetable and mineral origin, and a reduced level of starch to guarantee maximum digestive safety. The supply of chondroitine sulphate, glucosamine and essential Omega 3 fatty acids help preserve correct joint functioning. The exclusive combination of L-Carnitine and taurine promote the correct working of heart and muscles. Maxi Sensitive also contains a high content of vitamin C and E to help combat ageing and free radicals.
