The combination of vitamins and amino acids helps to strenghten the German Shepherd sensitive skin, also maintaining and nourishing the coat. Glucosamine and chondroitin sulphate protect joints and slow down the gradual appearance of osteoarthritis.

Royal Canin German Shepherd Junior 30 is a very concentrated and energy rich food helps the puppy build his skeleton safely and harmoniously while taking account of his limited digestive capacity. At 5 months, the puppy reaches 50% of his adult weight and therefore energy needs increase.

Full muscle development The German Shepherd puppy's weight development follows a very slow pattern. He develops muscle mass and solidifies his bone structure he still needs high energy levels, 1.6 times that of an adult dog, and even more if he is in intense physical training from a very young age.

A mature digestive tract The digestive tract is finally ready to absorb larger amounts of food, allthough the German Shepherd puppy remains particularly sensitive in this repsect.
